Print Template Workshop - Thursday, September 10th from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. (Community Room)
Gain valuable insight and experience working with print templates and Studio! Participants in this session will learn the basics of print template manipulation.

Acquisition Workshop - Thursday, September 10th from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. (Computer Lab)
This workshop will show how to solve the duplicates problem with a macro provided from Telluride. Amy Shipley from Garfield County Public Library and Emily Veenstra-Ott from Bud Werner Memorial Library,will be presenting the macro. They will discuss why it is important, and how it helps solve the duplicates problem. They will also discuss training times for the libraries to begin implementation. Question and answer session to follow. There will also be a discussion about acquisition workflows. Plus, an open discussion session at the end.

Learn how Mesa County developed and built the 970West digital collection, and how you can share, build, and collaborate in your own. The 970West collection features wildlife, fine arts, biographies, sports, recreation, and history in modern formats and presentation style. Create Lists and Statistics Panel (Or How to use Sierra to Protect Your Library from the Apocalypse!) - Thursday, September 10th from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Community Room 1)
Come see a panel of librarians from several Marmot libraries demonstrate how they use Create Lists and Sierra Statistics to keep their database clean and report statistics to decision-makers in their libraries. Topics will include weeding, database cleanup, and annual reports.

Marmot Digital Repository - Thursday, September 10th from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Community Room 2)
Learn more about the brand new Marmot Digital Repository. We will discuss the findings of the Digital Repository Task Force leading up to the creation of the Digital Repository Program, pilot projects being added to the repository, plans for future years, and what you need to know and do to get involved.

Decision Center Reports - Friday, September 11th from 8:00 a.m - 9:00 a.m. (Community Room 1)
Learn how other libraries use Decision Center. The reports that will be shown are Transaction Location by Owning Location , Statistics Group by Transaction Type and and highlights from the three reports that use Pcode3 to report statistics. Pcode3 in patron accounts is an alternative to using ptypes for gathering statistical information. Mike McClellan from Innovative will be available to answer questions.
Weed 'em and Reap! - Friday, September 11th from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. (Community Room 2)
Looking to hone your weeding tools? Amy Shipley from Garfield County Public Library, Emily Veenstra-Ott from Bud Werner Memorial Library, and Karen Neville from Colorado Christian University Library will walk through all steps of the weeding process at their respective libraries from creating weeding lists to deleting items, to maintaining holdings in OCLC, to where the books actually go when we’re done with them. We will focus on how to use Decision Center and Create Lists to organize and streamline the weeding process, as well as sharing any tips and tricks we’ve learned. Join us and get excited about your next weeding project!
