- Status of Ticket Prioritization
- Marmot has gotten everyone’s feedback
- Marmot has taken the favorites and requested tickets and put them into a spreadsheet
- The Software Development team will meet with the Executive Director in April to discuss detailed decisions on the requests
- Hoopla Integration Review
- Patron Interactions
- Checkout Hoopla button in place of ‘Access Online’
- Checkout titles directly from catalog
- Hoopla titles will display in checkouts and reading history
- Questions from the Group:
- Q: Hoopla will still be "under" any matching OverDrive records (even if OverDrive is not immediately available), and you would have to expand to see the Hoopla button?
- A: For now. Part of the integration will be to decide by source you want displayed, and that will show in the primary button.
- Q: The OverDrive integration has the ability to download a checkout, will Hoopla have the download option down the road, or does their API even allow it?
- A: Hoopla download is not in their existing API.
- Notes on Hoopla Data Extract
- Will continue to use traditional MARC records from Hoopla that are delivered once a month
- There is no real-time connectivity to Hoopla’s holdings
- Hoopla integration will display additional information in records
- ‘Hoopla Extract Information’
- Suppression by price is available with this release but will be applied to all material types (kind)
- There will be additional suppression options offered by type (kind) and price
- Will continue to use traditional MARC records from Hoopla that are delivered once a month

- Chris will be working on this project
- This will replace the screen scraping of the Classic OPAC for patron interactions
- It will replace it with proper calls to the API that are more reliable
- This will not be new functionality, it will be more reliable functionality
- Horizon ROA Driver
- Work still needs to be done on self registration and reading history
Next Quarter
- Sierra API Extract
- This is the real-time indexing of bib records that LION has been beta testing for Marmot for over a year
- Need to fix a technical obstacle that exists for using this for Marmot

- Going through the prioritization process will help to clean up or specify projects
- Longer term projects will change in some fashion
Reports from libraries on special projects
- Nashville Odilo Sideloading
- The MARC records have language that is not appropriate for the schools
- James created a process that cleans up the MARC for sideloading
- Sideload audience determination using crosswalking from 521 field to 006
- MarcEdit task
- James will make this process available to anyone else who would like to sideload Odilo

- This would be an API connection rather than a sideload
- The Software Development team will try to sideload any eContent collection
- The basic requirement for a sideloaded collection is MARC records
